“What is your favourite restaurant in Hong Kong?” is a question we hear on a daily basis. It comes with the territory, and I always answer with a short list of restaurants I can see myself dining at regularly. Venues with reliable food, and service, serving dishes I constantly crave. Doppio Zero is consistently on this list. Plenty of Italian restaurants have impressed us, but we can’t help but return to Doppio Zero. The combination of quality ingredients, a rustic friendly setting, and an ever changing innovative menu ensure we always leave happy and full. I highly recommend any of their homemade pasta dishes, tart pickled vegetables perfectly paired with aubergine and ricotta, super fresh heirloom tomato salad, and of course the signature porchetta. They introduce new recipes weekly, and have amazing set lunch and dinner menus. Their pasta tasting menu is definitely something that we will be checking out soon. Bring friends for lunch or dinner and share as many dishes as you can manage from the delicious selection.
