VARIOUS PATES, TERRINES, CONDIMENTS AND SWEETS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT LA ROTISSERIE
Just eight months after opening their first outlet in Sheung Wan, the Frenchtrio behind La Rotisserie have announced the unveiling of their new concept store in Sai Ying Pun.
La Rotisserie only uses grade-A, corn-fed, free-range chickens, ensuring superior quality and taste. The chickens are slow-roasted to perfection in a traditional oven on top of their delicious crispy potatoes, which have been baked in the chicken juices – just as they do in Paris. The juicy roast chicken is the store’s signature dish, made with more than 20 French spices and prepared from a secret recipe by Chef Aurelien Malik Benbernou. A new roast chicken flavour will be introduced every few months, giving French food lovers even more of a reason to come back and try something new.
Like its popular Sheung Wan branch, La Rotisserie’s new specialty store also offers busy, on-the-godiners an array of hearty side dishes, including French beans, mashed potatoes, ratatouille and roasted vegetables, alongside homemade quiche and delicious soups. There are also specialty sandwiches for the lunchtime crowd, including France’s famous croque-monsieur as well as a dish of the week.
For the first time at La Rotisserie, a carefully curated selection of French culinary products from wineto mustards, relishes and confectionary will be available, together with the brand’s first concept bakery.
La Rotisserie offers “a la minute” baguettes– prepared in France and lightly finished off in Hong Kong. All of the bakery products onoffer including bread, croissants and pain au chocolat, are made from traditional French ingredients andcrafted by master bakers at the Lenôtre School in Paris.
