After the roaring success of their grand opening, we were buzzing to try HK’s new addition, Fish & Meat. Maximal Concepts never disappoint with their cool, sleek venues, and mouth watering menus so we were anticipating a very enjoyable meal. True to form, the venue was stylish, intimate, and modern. Perfect for dinner parties but hold enough private corners to satisfy as a romantic date. The menu has a variety of creations made from farm fresh produce and were served in ideal sharing size portions. We loved the gooey duck egg raviolo, combining indulgent flavours and textures, the hand-ground meatballs with irresistible melting fontina cheese, and the gigantic, tender veal chop perfectly complimented with a refreshing tomato and arugula salad. Make sure to save room for the cocktails and desserts. The sweet and fruity Farm House Jam cocktail is a great way to start off the meal and even if you are bursting at the seams there is always room for their ridiculously light and flavourful whipped mascarpone cheesecake. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can dine on their inviting outdoor terrace on a sunny day.
