Steak lovers in HK can rejoice. The popular french bistro La Vache! has opened it’s doors in Soho and is only serving one dish. A delicious, juicy entrecote, sliced and cooked to perfection. The absolute highlight is their signature “sauce maison” which will keep you going back for more. We loved the buzzing atmosphere and simple no fuss approach. Every diner receives a house salad, entrecote cooked to order, and unlimited and dangerously addictive frites for an affordable $258 pp. Their dessert cart is also a must try, and can be spotted making it’s way around to diners as soon as you enter the restaurant. A towering tiered cart displaying the best a french patisserie could offer is too mouthwatering to resist. Our favourites included the creamy Paris Brest and traditional and indulgent chocolate mousse.  A great spot to visit with a group of friends or cozy date. We will be returning next time that steak craving hits.
