We appreciate great quality sushi here at Hungry Hong Kong and were very excited to sample the much applauded omakase menu served at Sushi Tsuraku. We loved the intimate and chic venue, where you sit right up at the sushi bar, with plenty of opportunities to interact with your chef and learn more about each dish. Each course was served with immaculate precision using only the freshest ingredients. Favourites of the night include their fresh scallop sashimi with lime and sea salt, the incredibly flavourful fatty tuna sashimi, the fragrant rockfish soup and the sweet botan shrimp sushi. Sushi Tsuraku uses premium ingredients and produce, with everything tasting intricate, fresh, and indulgent. Every bite was paired perfectly with sake introduced by the helpful staff giving us a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
