One of the most decadent and delicious Sunday brunches resides in Hong Kong’s luxurious Ritz-Carlton Hotel and is served at their Michelin starred restaurant, Tosca. Nothing beats setting foot in Tosca’s beautiful and chic space, encompassing a wide open dining area and sweeping views of Hong Kong. Every member of staff is professional and helpful, creating the ideal memorable experience. We loved their seafood abundant appetizer selection full of fresh fare including melt in your mouth smoked salmon, perfectly poached lobster, and a variety of authentic Italian antipasti.  Main courses offered plenty of star dishes including a juicy roast beef and roast lamb, flavourful and tender salt crusted sea bream, tasty and moreish sliders, and impressive lobsters. We made sure to save room for dessert where we enjoyed a selection of Italian cheeses as well as indulgent chocolate cakes, macarons, and a heavenly tiramisu. Everything was made even better with the option of free flow Ruinart Rose Brut, or if you are really looking to splash out go for their Krug option. A must do on a Sunday if you love champagne brunches as much as we do.
