Sundara, located in the Four Seasons Resort at beautiful Jimbaran Bay, serves Asian inspired beach club cuisine in a luxurious and serene setting. We loved Sundara’s rustic interiors and stunning view from their second floor outdoor dining area. The menu incorporates plenty of fresh seafood prepared with local flare, and great tender meat dishes straight off the grill. We highly recommend ordering the fresh catch of the day, which was a whole grilled snapper served with traditional sambal matah. Other favourite dishes included the refreshing Grilled Octopus Salad with Polenta, Chimichurri, Green Olives and Parsley, the tasty Snapper Tartare with Radish, Apple, Mint and Chili, the crispy and flavourful Twice Cooked Pork Belly with Chili Lime Caramel and Green Papaya Salad, and the juicy Australian Striploin with Bearnaise Suace. If you have room for dessert make sure to sample the summer perfect Rasperyy Pavlova, ideal for Bali’s hot evenings. A great spot to enjoy date nights or an intimate dinner party with friends.
