We highly recommend the fresh and flavourful Asparagus with Smoked Quail Egg, Saint Maure Chevre and Truffle, the tender Grilled Sumac Spiced Lamb Cutlets with Almond Tarator, the tender Carraway Roasted Spatchcock Chicken with Beetroot, Sage and Black Garlic Aioli, and the melt in your mouth 12-Hour Miso-Braised Short-Rib with Crispy Garlic and Potato Puree.
