Amber, located in the luxurious InterContinental Samui, boasts stunning sea and sunset views, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and friendly, accommodating staff.  We joined them for dinner during their Teppanyaki Night and feasted on fresh seafood, juicy meats, and a selection of Japanese fare. We loved the juicy scallops, fresh fish, sweet prawns, and tender Wagyu steak all freshly prepared on the Teppanyaki grill by their skillful chef. For those who love nigiri and sashimi, there was a sushi bar where your plate would be prepared to order, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the addictive tempura, fried rice, and yakisoba. A great night out with the family where you can enjoy delicious food and a casual, fun ambiance.
