Breakfast at Kandaya is a decadent affair with mouthwatering made to order options and a stunning ocean view. We loved the Filipino and Western options ensuring their was something for everyone to try. We highly recommend their hearty Filipino Breakfast comprised of two sunny side up eggs, pork tocino, corned beef and garlic fried rice, the delicious traditional “Pancit Palabok” Filipino Noodles cooked in crab fat, calamansi and fish sauce topped with shrimps, pork crackling and hard boiled eggs, and the indulgent French Toast topped with Cebu Mango. Fresh juice and fruit was served alongside our order and the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable allowing us to have the perfect start to our day.
