Mott 32, one of our favourite Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong, has launched new seasonal menu items created by Culinary Director Malcolm Wood and Group Chinese Corporate Chef Lee Man Sing. The warming dishes are ideal for the cooler months and are full of nutritious, fresh, and mouthwatering ingredients. Favourite dishes during our visit included the indulgent and juicy Shanghainese Soup Dumpling with Hairy Crab Roe, addictive Stir Fried Iberico Pork with Black Pepper and XO Sauce stuffed in Sesame Buns, tender Wok Fried Sliced Lamb with Button Mushrooms, fragrant Braised Free Range Chicken with Chinese Rice Wine and flavourful Stir Fried Preserved Pork with Kale and Garlic. Each dish was brimming with quality and flavour and were perfect for sharing family style. We loved the lively atmosphere, impressive decor, and friendly service, and would highly recommend Mott 32 to anyone who’s looking for a Chinese meal to impress.
