I have heard so much about Zuma’s free flow brunch since I moved here, I am not sure why I did not try it sooner. If you are as obsessed with Japanese food as I am and love champagne this is the brunch for you. The sushi/sashimi bar is abundant with my favourite rolls and everything is fresh and delicious. The hot appetizer bar has just grilled yakitori, onsen egg, beef tataki, and crispy fried chicken. If that isn’t enough, you are able to select a main course of your choice. I highly recommend the steak and teriyaki salmon. Zuma’s fish dishes are always incredibly high quality, and mouthwatering. The dessert platter was perfect for the end of a very filling meal Fruit and a selection of ice cream is just what you feel like after gorging on delicious Japanese classics. The best part is they don’t rush you out after your allotted time, so you are free to enjoy the free flow champagne until the last bite of dessert is eaten. Great service and amazing food. I can’t think of a better way to enjoy my weekend.
