I always enjoying visiting the Four Seasons as they consistently provide a decadent and comfortable experience. The Lounge at Four Seasons, just adjacent to their welcoming lobby, is the perfect spot to spend a leisurely meal. We visited for lunch was instantly drawn to the sweeping windows, elegant high ceilings, and comfortable spacious seating. The ambiance is chic yet relaxed and perfect for meetings or catching up with friends. The menu was extensive offering a “forty-five minute menu” which can be served in 45 minutes or over a longer period if you have time. I was happy to see that they had a variety of options, offering both Asian and western choices. I highly recommend their scallop ceviche for a refreshing start to the meal, and the baked sea bass and pan sauteed spring chicken were both mouthwatering delicious. We spotted many tables ordering a perfectly displayed Hainan chicken which I will definitely be returning for in the very near future. Don’t forget to try the desserts as Four Seasons houses one of the best pastry chefs the city has to offer (more on that on a later date!!). They also serve an afternoon tea and dinner, so visit anytime for quality food and beautiful surroundings.
