Guincho a Galera, set in Hotel Lisboa at Roubouchon’s former home, boasts a Michelin starred name and delicious menu to match.  Serving up very chic versions of Portuguese classics, it is fine dining with a distinct cultural twist.  I loved the fresh flavours in the fish soup, perfectly cooked salmon, and juicy suckling pig with crispy crackling.  Don’t miss their abundant bread basked including a mouthwatering chorizo bread and a loaf of homemade banana bread and butter. Their restaurant also shares the phenomenal wine cellar with over 10,000 labels with 15 restaurants housed in the Lisboa Hotels complex. The ideal spot for a decadent meal or impressive date.
