We spotted this traditional Macau spot while wandering around the iconic Senado Square.  There was a substantial crowd trying to fight for a table, so we figured it was a must try.   The menu is full of dishes you get in Hong Kong including wontons, various noodle soups, congee, and pork chop buns.  We decided to concentrate on the snack menu and ordered a selection.  As always I am a huge fan of fatty pork so the boiled quid and pigs hand was perfectly marinated and delicious.  You will spot plenty of stands selling pork chop buns along the streets of Macau but the one here is one of the best I tasted.  Don’t forget to pair your meal with a milk tea.  Can’t wait to return and try their congee dishes.
