The new “it” spot in town. We’ve been visiting Duddell’s constantly in the past few months to attend all of the citie’s hottest after parties, and were excited to finally dine at their gourmet Cantonese restaurant. The venue split over two levels stands as a stunningly designed art gallery/social venue. Enjoy cocktails on their spacious terrace, hang out in the ultra cool lounge area, or dine in the delicate and beautiful dining room. If you love Cantonese fine dining, Duddell’s is the place for you. Each dish is prepared with extreme precision fusing traditional recipes with top quality ingredients. I was obsessed with the barbecued pork and the suckling pig, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. For all the steak lovers don’t miss the juicy steak paired with just a hint of tingling wasabi. The crispy salted chicken was also full of flavour and not at all dry. If you manage to save room for dessert, the unique baked kumquat puff is not one to miss. A perfect spot to impress the in laws or a hot date, especially for those who value design as well as cuisine.
