Azure and their new executive chef are introducing a delicious and innovative menu this August.  Think mozzarella ice cream, cauliflower soup, and tender salmon accented with beetroot foam.  I was very impressed with the array of flavours and textures combined in each dish.  I loved the creamy cauliflower soup accented with smokey chorizo and their messily delicious deconstructed tiramisu integrating a crackling surprise. Visit Azure this month if you are in the mood for cool atmosphere, nice views, and an experimental menu.
