For all the meatless Monday followers and of course veggies out there, Brickhouse is offering a fun menu just for you. Every Monday Brickhouse is serving a vegetarian set menu and are even going greener by saving energy and dining by candlelight. The menu includes the usual favourites such as Mexican Style Street Corn, Home Beet Fries, and Watermelon Salad, as well as vegetarian tacos which were surprisingly full of flavour. I loved the rich Queso Fundito, spicy Chile Relleno and our gooey Chili-Spiced Chocolate Cake was a huge hit, managing to disappear in seconds. Definitely a fun menu for dining with friends, and gets bonus points for helping you do something good for the earth. Remember it’s not only for the vegetarians in the city. Despite the fact that we are major carnivores some of our favourite Brickhouse dishes are meatless too.
