If you are craving dim sum and prefer a modern and trendy setting, Dim Sum Bar at Harbour City is the perfect spot. We loved the twist on classic dishes, and the how each dish was freshly made. My favourite dim sum dish is always steamed chicken feet in black bean sauce, but this time I also tried them braised in abalone sauce which were also delicious. We also highly recommend their baked abalone and chicken pastry, deep-fried prawns with salted egg yolk, and stewed pork ribs with brown vinegar. Don’t forget to order their baked barbecue pork cream buns which come in 3 different flavours.
