Our favourite yakitori spots are generally off the beaten path and not located right at the centre of Central, but we were excited when Torimen came onto the scene. Serving up delicious ramen at lunch and an extensive and delicious menu of skewers at dinner we were spoiled for choice. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, featuring large sharing tables, a welcoming bar, and an open kitchen creating mouthwatering aromas which quickly make your stomach rumble. Our favourite dishes were their signature quail eggs, the onsen tamago salad with black truffle, the grilled oyster with nori risotto, the large tiger prawns, and the melt in your mouth foie gras crostini. All the ingredients were fresh and grilled to perfection. Don’t forget to try their selection ramen which is available in half portions at dinner so you are free to enjoy the rest of the menu. A great spot for sharing and drinking with friends.
