You can’t visit the USA without indulging in BBQ, so with recommendations pouring in for Phil’s we couldn’t resist ordering a feast of their famous dishes. True to American form, the portions were generous and the sauce was rich and insanely delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the falling off the bone tender baby back ribs and juicy pulled pork drenched in BBQ sauce. Every creamy side made a perfect accompaniment and despite barely making a dent in the gigantic dishes, we left very full and satisfied. A must if ever visiting San Diego.
