The Parlour’s Sunday Champagne Brunch is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable meals we have experienced in HK. Set in the historic and beautiful Hullet House, you are surrounded by nostalgic architecture and lush green trees taking you right out of busy TST. We loved their romantic and idyllic outdoor patio which offered the perfect atmosphere on a beautiful sunny day. The appetizer and salad selection was vast and delicious. Their fresh seafood, smoked salmon, varied antipasti, and luxe salad options kept us going back for more. The hot and made to order main courses were a great touch to the fine dining experience and we couldn’t resist their decadent desserts and extensive cheese selection. Definitely a great Sunday brunch for a romantic date on a cool HK day.
