Jazz and delicous food is always a great combo, espeically when the weekend is concerned.  We recently headed to TST and sampled AVA Restaurant Slash Bar’s new Weekend Jazz Brunch complete with sweeping views, semi buffet style menu, and music to help you unwind and enjoy a lazy afternoon with freinds or family.  We loved the choices of Japanese or European seafood platters and made to order mains alongside an appetizer and dessert buffet.  Do not miss the carving station serving a juicy and tender roast beef and the generous helping of foie gras was a perfect addition to our meal.  Desserts were plentiful and even included a child friendly chocolate fountain.  A perfect spot relax to and treat your loved ones after a busy week.

Weekend brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm- 3:00pm at HK$368 per person. Add HK$98 per person to upgrade your brunch experience with 2 hours of free-flow sparkling wine, house wines, Asahi beer and soft drinks.
