Stockton, hidden down a dark corridor off Wyndham Street, is fast becoming the new, hot spot in town. We were instantly drawn to the cozy yet sophisticated speakeasy feel and intimate, ambient setting. The design is reminiscent of a decadent drawing room, and we loved the use of vintage champagne glasses, hefty leather couches, and dim lamp lighting. Not only do they serve up an incredible, original cocktail selection, but an amazing food menu that goes far beyond the typical bar snack. Must try dishes include the Scotch Egg, the Cracked Mud Crab and the Rock Cod & Chips. Our favourite cocktails were the Rhum in Fashion and the powerful Kill Devil. Make sure to sample their mouthwatering sticky toffee pudding, maybe with a side of whiskey. A definite new Hungry Hong Kong favourite which we plan on visiting on numerous more occasions.
