The Americans definitely are good at making sandwiches and it’s impossible for me to not visit a plethora of delis during my stay. We stumbled across Rubicon Deli while enjoying the sunshine of Mission Beach and couldn’t resist their selection of delicious made to order sandwiches. The variety of bread choices and meat fillings were overwhelming and exciting. We went for the juicy and creamy Dapper Dipper and light and delicious Rubicon Special. The bread was freshly baked and all the ingredients were delicious. We loved the generous portions and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that came with each order. A must visit for sandwich lovers like myself.
