The Langham, Hong Kong collaborates with authentic fine French patisserie Paul Lafayet to present Tiffin Tea by Paul Lafayet, at Palm Court from May to July 2014, to elevate the afternoon tea experience. The Tea includes an array of delightful Paul Lafayet signature items, The Langham’s classic scones and a selection of sandwiches and savouries, all served on an elegant three-tiered stand.
Afternoon tea aficionados can now indulge in a series of delectable signature Paul Lafayet pastries, including the best-selling creamy Crème Brûlée made from the company’s secret recipe topped with a layer of crispy caramelised brown sugar, the palatable Chocolate Craquelin made from 71% Venezuelan dark chocolate with a crunchy biscuit almond and hazelnut praline base, the classic French pastry Strawberry Tart with crispy almond tart base filled with rich custard and fresh strawberries, as well as the traditional slow-baked Blueberry Cheesecake with exceptional smooth texture.
