Set in the luxurious surroundings of the Conrad Hong Kong is one of the city’s most delicious buffets. We headed to the Garden Cafe on a Saturday night to sample the mouthwatering decadent fare they had on offer. We loved the generous platters serving up gigantic Boston lobsters, Vietnamese prawns and crabs, as well as fresh smoked salmon and sashimi. After getting our fill of the abundant seafood options we feasted on the delicious selection of succulent roast and traditional Chinese dishes. You can also choose to dine outside at their serene poolside area. By the pool you will find a BBQ station where the chef will barbecue their perfectly marinated lambchops, tasty chicken wings, delicious burgers and sausages and fresh prawns. Save room for the live dessert station whipping up crepes suzette and much more. There is also an affordable free flow wine option for those who agree a seafood feast isn’t complete without a side of vino. Their Seafood Buffet is available Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm till 11pm.
