Gogyo has always been one of our favourite spots to stop by for ramen during a quick lunch break, so we were very excited to hear they were launching an exclusive beer pairing menu perfect for leisurely dinners. The menu is affordable and ideal for sharing between two. We loved each perfectly crafted Japanese dish that paired deliciously with the well selected craft beer.  Favourite pairings included the melt in your mouth miso black cod paired with the crisp and light white ale, the juicy and flavourful wagyu prime beef steak paired with the strong flavoured Extra High, and their signature Gogyo Kagoshi Miso paired with the unique Espresso Stout. A great menu for craft beer lovers who are looking for more casual alternative to wine pairing dinners, and ideal for an interesting date.******

Embodying the pioneering spirit of GOGYO, our creative team of chefs carefully selected seven savory dishes to be paired with beers from the award-winning Japanese brewery – Hitachino Nest Beer – to take the palates of its guests on a novel gastronomic trip.
