If you are looking for stunning views of Hong Kong and a great free flow champagne brunch then Aqua is the place for you. We loved the comfortable seating, stylish setting, and the fact that everything is served straight to your table so you don’t need to move. The brunch begins with unlimited starter platters including edamame, antipasti, sushi & sashimi as well as an all you can eat selection of their signature pasta dishes. Once you are ready, a made to order main can be chosen which is either from their Japanese or Italian menu. Our favourite main courses were the slow cooked Marsala beef cheek, the pan fried Japanese pork with ginger teriyaki and the 300 days grain fed beef striploin. The dessert platter included a delicious sorbet and champagne jelly and paired perfectly with a few of their limitless summery cocktails. A great brunch experience.
