Kanada-Ya Ramen offers authentic Japanese ramen at the heart of Causeway Bay. Their menu is simple offering slight variations on their signature soup and noodle combination. We loved the fragrant broth that wasn’t too heavy to finish, and their chewy noodles which you could choose to be cooked to the texture of your preference. Their pork belly and shoulder were both tender, flavourful and paired perfectly with the dish. A great spot to stop for a hearty and satisfying bowl of ramen.
