We are always up for a delicious steak and Bistecca is one of the best spots in the city to get just that. Their selection of delicious cuts will cause any meat lover’s mouth to water and one of our favourites off the menu is their signature 32oz Fiorentina which uses Wagyu beef from the Oakleigh Ranch that is exclusive to Bistecca. The meat was juicy, flavourful, perfectly cooked and seasoned and is served on a gigantic wooden platter alongside a selection of condiments. Other highlights of our meal were their fragrant House Smoked Bacon with Apple Chutney and their very cheesy and indulgent Fontina Fondue with white truffle. A perfect decedent meal and one of our favourite steaks in Hong Kong.
