CIRQLE, located in ultra cool Ovolo Southside, serves up modern Mediterranean cuisine in a chic and trendy setting. We loved the semi open kitchen and lively atmosphere. Chef Krzysztof Bandel has successfully created a mouthwatering menu full of Mediterranean classics but with a unique and stylish twist. As starters we loved the spicy and refreshing Lomi Lomi Salmon Salsa with orange tomatoes, cilantro and soy dressing and the Zesty Crab Cakes which were filled with chunks of sweet crab. For mains we highly recommend the melt in your mouth Broiled Alaskan Black Cod with beetroot miso, baby corn and fava beans and the star of the night was the tender and perfectly cooked Roasted Bone-In Galician Pork Loin which was bursting with flavour. Make sure to save room for dessert and try one of the Chef Bandel’s unique recipes such as beautiful Passion Fruit Mousse. Make sure to stop by their rooftop bar for a cocktail or two and enjoy their cool patio area and great view.
