The Mira Hong Kong are currently offering decadent and mouthwatering menus featuring the famous hairy crab at their luxurious Chinese restaurant, Cuisine Cuisine. Each dish is presented imaculately, utilises fresh ingredients and brings out the natural flavour and texture of the seasonal hairy crab. From their set menu we loved the sweet Honey Glazed Barbecued Pork, the Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Crab Meat, Winter Melon and Dried Scallops and the rich Steamed Minced Pork Dumplings with Hairy Crab’s Roe. The stars of the show were of course the Steamed Whole Hairy Crabs which was large, meaty and filled with delicious, sweet roe. Definitely some of the best hairy crabs we have ever had. We also had the chance to try dishes off the seasonal hairy crab a la carte menu and highly recommend the meaty and delicious Steamed Crab Claw with Hairy Crab’s Roe and Winter Melon. A perfect place to enjoy this local, seasonal delicacy.
