Vasco Fine Dining is the beautiful venue set in PMQ, featuring an alluring terrace view and deliciously indulgent food to match. We loved the luxurious venue and intimate atmosphere making it an ideal date night spot. Service was impeccable throughout the dining experience including giving us a selection of olive oil choices and six different flavours of butter to pair with the freshly baked bread. Despite only being a table of two, we were seated at a cozy and spacious booth that could easily fit six people. The private space played on the romantic vibe and got us in the mood for a gastronomic meal. We sampled their exclusive truffle menu during our visit and literally enjoyed every single bite. Our favourite dishes off the menu included the fresh watercress risotto paired with escargot and burrata, the perfectly prepared roast Rhug Estate venison saddle with confit potatoes, fennel and Granny Smith marmalade and black pepper sauce, and their unique chocolate, coconut piedmont hazelnut dessert. Every dish was deliciously executed and highlighted their chef’s talent and skill. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience we are eager to repeat.
