Who doesn’t enjoy a mouthwatering hotel breakfast? It’s the ideal way to start your leisurely day, and Double Six offer a made to order menu, full of healthy, hearty, and gourmet options. Their unique Eggs Benedict was an indulgent treat and we couldn’t resist the Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Grilled Asparagus. We also loved the light and tasty Acovado Mousse with mint, lemon & barrel aged feta on seeded bread which was perfect when paired with their expertly made espressos. The best part was dining every morning to the view of blue skies and a glistening pool.
