Sometimes it’s impossible to pull yourself away from napping underneath the parasol and swimming inside the refreshing swimming pool, which is why we were so grateful Double Six offered a delicious poolside dining menu. We were impressed with the grand take on lunch time classics, utilizing fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Favourites off the menu include the indulgent and mouthwatering Double-Six Club Sandwich with free range chicken, crispy pancetta, 64 degree organic egg and Asiatico cheese, the fresh and citrus Crab n Prawns using beer steamed crab, battered tiny shrimp, lime coleslaw and coriander in a toasted baguette, and their crispy and juicy Organic Popcorn Chicken.
