Armani / Aqua have introduced a healthy set menu to help keep you on your clean eating plan, available now until the 28th February. Ingredients are high in essential vitamins and low in fat and at under 1000 calories for the whole menu and each course being under 350 calories you can dine out without all the guilt. We loved the first course which was a meaty chunk of Seared Sea Bass fillet in a dashi broth with organic green herb miso. This was followed by Blue Crab Ravioli with sea vegetables, organic green pea elixir and white truffle oil and had just 97 calories. For the main course you can choose between the Tomato Crusted Mediterranean Sea Bream and the Ponzu Glazed Free Range Chicken Breast with organic sweet corn and black truffle. The meal ends with an Italian Basil & Amalfi Lemon curd dessert with organic raspberries. We loved the light and satisfying meal, especially when paired with their healthy and refreshing low calorie cocktails. Our favourite cocktails off the Retox Menu were the Ginger, Aloe & Wheatgrass Smash, and the Organic Cucumber & Manuka Honey Martini. It was nice to see a menu concentrated on natural flavours over sauces and fats which allowed us to indulge in a night out without costing us our waistlines.
