We were very excited to hear our favourite nose to tail Italian spot, Linguini Fini, had reopened in an even more buzzing location. At the centre of Soho’s escalators, Chef Vinny is back with his mouthwatering homemade Italian dishes playing upon classic recipes and adding his unique twist. We love that everything is freshly made on site and their variety of produce is sourced straight from local farms. We highly recommend starting with the delicious Homemade Spicy Sausage, packed full of flavour and served with peppers, onions, chili and oregano mustard. Other favourite dishes off the menu included the huge “The Bronx” New York Style 18″ pizza with fresh mozzarella, porchetta, pepperoni and meatballs, their Radiatore Alla Vodka with spicy ‘nduja laced cream sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil, the Uni Macheroni Carbonara with homemade lardo, sea urchin, black pepper and organic egg yolk, and the juicy and tender lardo and honey glazed grilled 1/2 chicken with chili, organic vegetables and herbs. A perfect meal for dining family style and pairing with wine and great company in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back for more.
