The Butchers Club have introduced a new steak frites concept in the heart of Central, creating a perfect spot if you are looking to sample their delicious dry aged, award winning, Australian steaks. The menu includes a classic Wedge Salad with blue cheese cream, cherry tomatoes, chives and thick-cut maple-glazed bacon to start, followed by their signature 40-day dry-aged rib-eye steak with their irresistible duck fat fries. We loved the juicy, made to order steak and couldn’t get enough of the indulgent fries dipped in their mouthwatering Bearnaise sauce.  You’ll soon find out there’s a lot more on offer here by downloading their secret menu using a QR scanner on your mobile. From the secret menu we loved their sweet butter poached Nova Scotia Lobster Roll with garlic mayo, fried pickles, coleslaw and triple cooked fries, and their hearty Steak and Ale Pie with creamy mash, sweet peas, roasted mushrooms, buttermilk onion rings and a delicious gravy. We also made our main course a little more indulgent by ordering the Surf and Turf which adds butter poached Nova Scotia lobster tails to their 12oz rib-eye. Finish off with their decedent Chocolate Cheesecake for a very satisfying end to the meal. Another winner to add to The Butchers club resume.
