Crafty Cow, the new trendy spot to enter Sheung Wan, is serving up “Third Culture” food, a melding of cultures and flavours creating a new yet familiar taste for the city’s foodies. The industrial design and exciting menu brings plenty of dishes ideal for sharing and pair deliciously with their extensive list of unique craft beers. Favourite dishes include “Numbing Bone Marrow” with Sichuan pepper infused butter, chili, garlic and herbs, the crispy and adventurous “Rocky Mountain Oysters”, the spicy and indulgent “Ox Tongue and Kimchi” and the melt in your mouth A5 Ohmi Ribeye from their Teppan section. We also loved the “Build Your Own Bao” section where you can choose your preferred meat, toppings and sauce. We went for the Canadian pork belly with caramelised onions and Korean BBQ sauce which was a great combination. Make sure to delve into each dish with a craft beer or their fragrant house sake. The team are knowledgeable and happy to recommend what would pair nicely with your order, a couple of our favourites included the rich C4 Double Coffee Brown Ale and the sweet and satisfying Brothers Toffee Apple Premium Cider. A great addition to the HK scene with a fun atmosphere, great food and impressive craft beer selection.
