Tango serves up authentic Argentinian fare in a rustic and traditional setting in the heart of Hong Kong, with a focus on quality cuts of beef. We loved the welcoming and cozy atmosphere taking us right into the steak house mood. To start the meal we loved the fresh King Fish Tiradito with shaved fennel, yuzu and lime, the flavourful Sausage Platter with Chorizo, Morcilla and Salchichada Parrillera and the bubbling, fragrant “Povoleta” melted Provolone cheese with oregano. It was hard to choose from all the great steaks on the menu but we eventually decided on their gigantic T-Bone to share. Perfectly cooked and full of beefy flavour we left extremely happy. Each dish was prepared in a classic manner and showed off the quality of their produce in every bite. Make sure to save room for dessert and sample the Postre Borracho for a unique twist on chocolate mousse for a satisfying finish.
