The Saint, located on popular Elgin Street in SoHo, has taken over the old McSorley’s location and revamped into a trendy gastro pub. We loved the sophisticated decor and cool ambiance, reminding us of our favourite London hang outs. The Saint has an impressive gin list with a menu of 17 different gin varieties which can be mixed with your choice of tonic. Favourite dishes of the night were their indulgent Bone Marrow with bacon and onion marmalade, parsley salad, roasted forest mushrooms and toasted sourdough bread, the Bacon-Wrapped Boar Scotch Egg with Apple, the hearty IPA Beef Pie with Carrots, parsnips, black walnuts and mixed green salad and the sweet Lemon Crumb dessert. We look forward to seeing what their fun weekend brunch will bring.
