Ovolo Southside have launched a weekend brunch at their cool and fun dining venue, CIRQLE. Their spacious terrace and stylish interiors make for an ideal place to enjoy a sunny weekend where you can feast on a selection of fresh seafood and salads, a made to order egg station and mouthwatering outdoor BBQ station all while listening to their DJ play some tunes. We loved the sweet crab claws, shrimp and fresh smoked salmon from their seafood buffet section, and continued to indulge on a variety of skewers from their barbecue section which included chicken wings, sausages, pork belly, lamb koftas, mussels and more. Everything was cooked to perfection and was delicious accompanied with a variety of insanely good home made sauces. The Brunch then continues with a made to order main course. We chose the Baked Cuttlefish with Ancho spices, butter beans, oven tomatoes and sour dough, and their Field Mushroom Pan with truffle bites, Shitake & Portobello mushrroms and a Japanese spa egg.
