AVA Restaurant Slash Bar sets the perfect romantic setting for an intimate night out and Chef Massimo Santovito has created a delicious tasting menu for those special occasions. We were impressed with each dish, showcasing great flavours, fresh produce, and the chef’s talent in the kitchen. Highlights were the delicate and aromatic “The Smoking House” in house hot smoked Norwegian Salmon with mixed Sakura & Yuzu gelee, the creamy “Sea Breeze” deconstructed seafood chowder, the delicate “A Touch Of Your Senses” oyster risotto with chives and Italian Caviar, and the melt in your mouth “A Beef Moment” grilled Australian Kobe beef rib-eye with saffron fondant potatoes and baby turnip.
