To start the meal we recommend the Balinese Sampler with urap, sambal udang, ikan panggang and sate lilit, fusing several popular Indonesian dishes. For our main courses we loved the tender, fall of the bone Slow Cooked Beef Ribs with spicy coriander seed sauce, taro crust and local vegetables, the traditional “Ayam Bakar Taliwang” grilled chicken Lombok Island style with spicy aubergine and steamed rice, and the fresh Grilled Local Fish with your choice of sauces and sides.
