Celebrate Songkran Festival at Yamm featuring unlimited authentic Thai cuisine by Chef Danita Srisuwan, Yamm’s Thai Sous Chef who honed her skills at the Peninsula in Bangkok and other five star hotels in the city. As well as our usual buffet favourites such as Boston Lobster, Snow Crab legs, Sushi and Oysters, we loved the additions of the fragrant Thai cooking stations featuring made to order Phad Thai, coconut infused soups, and refreshing papaya salad. Other favourite Thai delicacies were the carving station featuring pork neck in Tamarind sauce, the Massaman Curry chicken with roti bread, the spicy fried rice with minced pork and hot basil, and the Thai ripe mango with sweet sticky rice. A great way to bring back memories of Phuket beach holidays and Thai street food. The Thai dishes are available now until May 17th from 6:30pm till 10:00pm.
