Korean food and Soju are always a great combination and Edition offers this in a friendly and lively gastropub at the heart of Soho. Don’t expect a sit down formal meal at this fun spot, but be prepared for plenty of drinks and mouthwatering #foodporn worthy dishes. We loved sitting up at the bar to soak in the atmosphere and were recommended a few of their signature dishes. We loved the Spicy Kimchi Fries with mozzarella cheese and spicy house sauce, the Spicy Fried Chicken Wings which were juicy and tender and packed a powerful fiery punch, and the indulgent Bibim Steak Sandwich using steak, carrots, cucumber, onions, a fried egg and their house spicy sauce. The specials on the night we went were the Pork Belly Lollipops which consisted of juicy pieces of pork belly swimming in decedent cheese, and a delicious Pineapple bun with spicy pork belly. Both dishes are not to be missed when they’re available. We recommend pairing everything with their house infused fruit Soju and especially liked the pineapple flavour. The prices are also very affordable so you don’t have to break the bank to try a fair amount of the menu. A great spot share food and drinks with friends and a perfect casual bar for a fun weekend out.
