Hong Kong’s first Cajun seafood joint, Holy Crab, has started serving up a weekend brunch menu full of Southern Style American breakfast favourites and a bottomless seafood bucket deal that cannot be missed. The Bottomless Seafood Bucket menu includes a starter and a salad and then bottomless buckets from a choice from fresh Boston lobster, Snow Crab Legs or Jumbo Tiger Prawns. To start the brunch we loved their indulgent Louisiana Fried Chicken & Waffles and thier unique Crab & Meat Benedict using American Homemade Andouille and Blue Crab Breakfast Cake which is topped with Grilled Sausage, Poached Eggs and Southern Style Hollandaise Sauce. Then on to bottomless buckets of fresh Boston Lobsters, Sweet Snow Crab Legs, and meaty Jumbo Tiger Prawns all prepared in a Low Country Boil Style of Bell Peppers, Onion and Celery known as “The Holy Trinity”. Make sure to order their free flow champagne add on for a seriously fun weekend brunch. The best part is the brunch is available from 11am to 5pm and, unlike some other brunches in town, they have not devided the brunch into two sittings. That means there’s a possible 6 hours of non-stop seafood bucket eating and bottomless Veuve Cliquot Champagne drinking making it one of our favourite brunch deals in town!
The Bottomless Seafood Brunch is available Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 11am to 5pm at $418HK per person + $300HK for free flow Veuve Cliquot Yellow Label NV. A brunch a la carte menu is also available.
