Summer has arrived and Le Port Parfume have created a special menu, taking advantage of Hong Kong’s abundance of fresh seafood. Le Port Parfume will have daily deliveries from local fishermen and will be utilizing the quality, fresh fare to create traditional French dishes ideal for balmy summer nights. We loved the decadent menu serving up an impressive and fragrant Fisherman’s Stew comprised of each day’s freshest delivery. The broth, reminiscent of a light bouillabaisse was fresh, tasty, and complimented the shellfish perfectly. We also recommend the richer Yabbies and Chicken Stew, with tender pieces of chicken, sweet Yabbies and a base perfect for whipping up with spaghetti once you’ve finished. Another great new dish was their indulgently decadent sea urchin risotto which was perfectly cooked. We always save room at Le Port Parfume for those fluffy, irresistible madeleines, and the authentic Floating Island dessert. A great menu for sharing with family and friends and pairing with a light white wine. A must try for all the HK seafood lovers.
