Bamboo Chic is Le Meridien Bali’s trendy all day dining spot serving Pan Asian meets French cuisine. We loved the well curated menu perfect for family meals, casual lunches, or an afternoon snack. Highlights from our meal were the special freshly prepared Chili Crab as well as the refreshing and authentic “Larb Gai” with Chicken Mince, Rice Powder, Galangal, Fish Sauce, Chili, Coriander and Iceberg Hearts, and the perfectly grilled Tasmanian Salmon which was marinated in Miso Paste and came with Pickled Beetroots and Smoked Salmon Sauce. Get creative from their DIY Burger Menu Section where you can choose from Beef, Chicken, Fish and Vegetarian Options and choose from a selection of toppings. We loved the simple and fresh Mahi Mahi Fish Fillet with peppers, pickles and salad. There were plenty of European influences throughout the menu as well as Balinese flavours creating a mouthwatering holiday friendly menu. Pair your meal with a few of their tropical cocktails for a great summer treat.
